Sign up for Calligraphr
- Go to Calligraphr and create a free account.

Download a font template
- Open “Templates”, pick your alphabet, and choose Basic (letters only) or Expanded (numbers, punctuation and more). Calligraphr generates a PDF template.

Print and fill it in
- Print the template and write each character in its box with a black felt-tip or gel pen.
- Write neatly and consistently for the best result.

Scan the template
- Scan at 300 dpi or higher and save it as a PNG or JPEG.

Upload it to Calligraphr
- Go to “My Fonts” → “Upload Template” and add your scan.
- Calligraphr builds the characters from your handwriting. Tweak any that look off.

Build and download the font
- Preview the font, then click “Build Font” and download the TTF or OTF file.

Upload the font to Textor
- In the Handwriting Options section above, use Upload your handwriting font and select the file you downloaded.

Test and fine-tune
- Type a few sentences and adjust the size, color and spacing until it looks right.
